Return & Cancellation Policy for Hiraeth Dreams Pvt Ltd:

1. Repair or Replacement of Damaged or Defective Products:
   • We take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer repair or replacement options.
   • Please inform us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at support@hiraethhomes.in
   • Provide your order details, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs if possible.
   • Our team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repairing or replacing the product at no additional cost.
   • Please note that the warranty period does not extend beyond the original expiration date.

1. Reporting within 7 Days of Delivery:
   • To be eligible for repair or replacement, it is important to notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
   • Promptly contact our customer support team to report the issue and initiate the resolution process.

1. No Order Cancellation or Change of Heart Policy:
   • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
   • We do not accept returns or cancellations due to change of heart or personal preference.
   • We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Cancelling of Order:

1. Cancellation of Non-Furniture Items under Rs. 5000:
   • If the non-furniture item has not been shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel the order.
   • A cancellation fee of Rs. 500 or the payment gateway charges (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
   • Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible unless the item is damaged or defective.
   • In the case of damaged or defective items, we offer replacement or refund within 15 days of receipt in our warehouse.
   • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.

1. Sofas and Furniture:
   • Our furniture is customized according to your specifications and immediately enters production upon order.
   • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
   • We do not have a “change of heart” return/exchange policy for furniture items.
2. Other Products:
   • Once the product is delivered and you have inspected it, we cannot accommodate any cancellation or change requests (except those covered by the warranty).
   • We recommend being personally present during delivery to ensure a smooth process.
